Choc Fudge Cookies

The cookie monster is back :) I saw these mini fudge chunks and thought I'd try the recipe that comes with it. I don't usually like fudge but these cookies are seriously amazing. They are really crispy and crunchy with just the right amount of chocolate and fudge in it. I've never put ground almonds in cookies before but it worked really well and gave it the extra texture. I might try that with my other cookie recipes.

  1. I love almond in biscuits - adds texture and flavour and helps them last longer (not that it's usually an option!)

  2. Mmm I've got a real 'thing' for cookies at the moment, and yours look truly tempting.

  3. Hmm... it seems you are sending an invitation to a cookie monster :D
    These look yummy
    *kisses* HH

  4. Those look great! I don't know that I've seen those fudge pieces in the grocery store before. I will have to find them!

  5. Yum! these look delish - I must look out for these fudge chunks. Lucie x
