I recently reviewed a copy of this exciting new book - Marshmallow Madness! by Shauna Sever which is all about making your own marshmallows which you can read here. It's a great little book especially if you want to try making marshmallows at home.  I'm very pleased to announce that I have a copy to giveaway to 1 lucky reader.

  4. I really want to make strawberry marshmallows, strawberry is my favourite fruit in the world and when they're in season I think I personally keep some of my local supermarkets running by buying so many!

    I love making marshmallows. So far I've made raspberry ones and ones flavoured with orange flower water. I'd love to experiment with lavender, rose and violet.

  10. I love cardomon at the moment so I would make vanilla and cardomon marshmallows, I think they would be yum on hot chocolate!
